Conservatory Planning Applications
This service is available to Conservatory businesses – to help save the time and admin work associated with planning applications, when required.
Within a 25 mile radius of Nottingham, for a fixed charge we will:
- Carry out survey of client’s property as required
- Prepare necessary drawings/brief specification suitable for Town & Country Planning application
- Obtain ordnance survey site plans as required and submit application.
- Planning application fee (incl. Planning Portal service charge) £328.00 or £190.00 for Prior Approval application
- Survey + drawing £395.00
- Ordnance survey Site Plan £25.00
n.b. Additional fees payable for conservation area projects, heritage statements and conservatories over 25m2
